Our mission is to provide homeless adults and those at risk of becoming homeless, low to no-income seniors, and military veterans with family style living and supportive services to ensure housing stability, improved health, and the necessary resources to live a self-sufficient life once again! 

 

Whether the one in need is you, a client or a loved one is in need, our staff and volunteers are here to help!

 

We provide decent affordable housing, community-based social services, stabilization and aftercare, and also effective job training which provides individuals that participate in our program with vocational skills they can use once they exit our program and further support a desired life of independence (maybe change this).

 

Clearwater operates its programs creates and implements an effective supportive services for the home in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, neighboring counties in Southern California.
